Before closing- contractors

Before we close on 9/15 - the owner is letting us into the house 2 days to get contractors in for estimates. We are scheduling a few people - is it bad if I schedule 2 landscapers between 9-10 - what if they both show up at the same time?

Also, do you think its too intrusive to have an estimate on cleaning the AC ducts?

that's very nice of your sellers!

i think that having multiple contractors there at one time is fine. it shows them you are shopping around and will get the best price. Plus, you have the excuse, "I only have today to get the prices so i had to schedule estimates back-to-back."

i wouldn't have anyone come for the AC ducts, though. that could be a little "weird" with them having to peek around places that aren't "yours." KWIM??
