Help my 8 week old stopped napping!

My 8 week old DD has always been a great napper during the day. Usually does about 3-4 good 2-3 hours stretches. The past two days she has been refusing to nap. Usually she falls asleep when breastfeeding, now she is staying up. When I can finally get her down, she only sleeps for 20 minutes tops, and then her eyes pop open. Because she is not sleeping, she is getting very cranky and fussy. And she is also not making it more than 2 hours between feeding because she is so cranky. I don't know why she has suddenly changed. I can tell that she is soooo tired, she just can't stay asleep for some reason.

We have been battling thrush, but now I am concerned that maybe there is some kind of reflux issue. She has been having a lot of wet burps, and spitting up more and of course the fussiness and lack of sleep. I was attributing it to thrush, but maybe it's something else?

Anybody go through something similar?

We didn't go thru that, but I would address thrush first, then work on the other issues. Have you tried swaddling? Putting her down before she is overtired? Babies that young can usually only stay awake 1-2 hours than need another nap. Could she be awake too long b/4 you are trying to nap her?
