excessive outside noise?
Does anyone know what time excessive outside noise has to stop (example a band playing at your neighbor's house)

it should depend on your town. i think in mine it's 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
that would make me crazy!!!

URGH!! SOOO ANNOYING!! I'm so scared the super loud music is going to wake DD up! It dosnt even sound muffled in the room that I am in! The music is even making her monitor jump.
