what would you tip?

i got a mani-pedi yesterday that cost $25 total.

at the end of the mani i also got a 2-minute neck and shoulder massage (they give that to all their customers).

what would you tip? (it was only one woman)

My manicure/pedicure costs $25 as well, but no massage. I give a $5 tip.

ETA: For the 2 min. message maybe I'd throw in an extra dollar........ not too sure if it's necessary if it's not something you specifically asked for, and it's just 2 mins Chat Icon

I usually tip $3-5 for each service I get. I know it's more than the 20% but i feel bad only giving $5 for working on my hands and feet. I usually wind up giving a total of $8-10 if it's the same person and depending on how good of a job they did or if they were nice, rude, etc.

i tend to overtip, but i feel like they are doing a good job and they deserve it. i give 5 for pedi and 10 for fill in.

that's what i would do - i would probably give $3 for the pedi and $2 for the mani (or more dpending on how much you would tip total).

ITA, my mani ped place does this as wel and has a sep tip jar for the masssages and I usually give an extra dollar or two

I overtip, but I feel bad for them having to work on feet all day. I tip $10 if it was a good pedicure and $5 for the manicure. I would have given another $5 for the massage.
