OMG the house is a total bio-hazard. look at the stains and black mold in the green toilet bathroom.
Oh wow. I just looked on MLSLI.com (because I tend to look at houses using ziprealty) and MLSLI has three more pictures, including the bathroom pic you are referring to.
Ok yes i'll be skipping that house.

scott is being sarcastic. 
on page 1, ChiefMT mentioned seeing the home iin person and that there is an inch of water in the basement.

We actually went to look at this house bc we went to a bunch in Massapequa – it’s even worse in person! In addition to the lovely basement pool, the bathroom in that pic has a giant hole in the shower where the railing is coming off the wall – but don’t worry, it’s being held in place by tin foil!
As soon as we left there our realtor told us we should go home and take a shower.
