Just curious to see if it's a very consistent thing for most people.

Re: Do you "O" the same day every month?
For some women, it is pretty consistent, but what is much more likely to be consistent and is actually considered to be the rule to be consistent is the length of each woman's luteal phase (the number of days from the day of Ovulation to the day a period starts). For some that will be 12 days, some 15, but for each woman it is likely to be the same amount of days each month.
The day of O can vary easily based on stress, life, etc. If your cycles are about the same number of days total every month, you may be O'ing in the same general time frame, but keeping track of your CM and/or temperature will help you establish when you are O'ing.

Not really. I would have to say within a few day window I guess. My cycles go from 28 days sometimes to 38 days. It is not that extreme from month to month. More like if I was 28 days last month, I will be 30 the next. Then 35, then 32, 28 etc... So my ovulation bounces around I think mostly to do with stress level. As for the LP I agree that it is usually most consistent from month to month, regardless of "O"

Re: Do you "O" the same day every month?
This is my second cycle off BCP and I believe I O'ed on CD14 last month and this month. I can't be sure though because I am just checking CM and CP, not temping or using OPKs. I'll only be able to tell if I was right this month when I get (or don't get ) AF.
As LoveyQ said, actual O date can vary, but your LP should be consistent.
