This week's MLSLI pic
No matter how cheap or how low a listing price may be, this is NOT what a prospective buyer wants to see in a pic. 
Especially in more than one pic (or room)!!!
Makes me wonder if it "moved" from one room to another, or if they have multiple quantities of this stuff.
If it's that bad, it might be time to call a professional. Image Attachment(s):

ITA 1,000%.
i frequently browse MLS and am amazed at some of the pics. first impressions are EVERYTHING and the primary goal of advertising is to attract and lure buyers. the cluttered and dirty conditions of some of these homes are shocking. what is even more shocking is that these realtors and sellers are baffled as to why the homes are not selling.

At first, my attention was riveted for so long to the groovy shower curtain that I didn't even notice the Raid. 
People really need to run these things by others. I love when people post these photos on here. It always makes me feel better about my house.

Wow I pass. When we were selling our house the Realtor told us what would sell and what wouldn't to leave around and that would definitely not sell to anyone. The house looks like it needs alot of TLC there.

Were the homeowners home? The place looked way dirty in the pics. Dirty, dirty people.
