Have you been sick or anything? Are your cycles usually regular?
How often have you been testing? Was it just the one time? It does seem odd that you're 17DPO and still no AF! I would keep testing and

Are you completely sure you know when you ovulated??
You could have ovulated later than you think (if at all) so you could be less DPO
|

i used opks and got + on cd 12 and cd 13. today is cd 31. this is the first month i used opks, so im not sure when i usually o.
i poas cd 25, cd 27, CD 30 and all bfn. im starting to feel a little crampy today, and my back hurts, a lot. so...

That seems awfully long, maybe you should call your OB?.. This way you could get a blood test to see if maybe you are pregnant.
When are you due for AF?

There is such a thing as a false negative. It doesn't happen often, but you just never know. I would really go to the doctor and get a blood work up.
Did you just come off BC? Sometimes that will mess with your cycle as well.
