Closing Today!! - Update - We're Homeowners!
Our closing is at 2 pm - walk through at 1 pm. I can't believe it! We saw the house for the first time - 2nd day of going out and looking - on June 17th - this has all happened so fast!!!!
Update - We're done! Everything was so quick, easy, and painless! Sellers weren't even there - back in Chicago already! Now the "fun" (work) begins!!!
We're renting in our complex still until the end of August so we could do painting and floors without everything already in there.
Thanks for the good wishes, everyone - I'll keep updated with pics
