Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to say HI!! This is my first post on TTC, but I have been lurking for a bit! I have been on LI Weddings (but TTC is secret, so I can't say who I am ) This is our first month, so I really don't know what we're doing- and now that I've been reading these posts, it's a lot more than just doing the BD all month! ha ha. I due for AF this week, and then will start my OPK (I got the 20 day one). Any other things I should be doing to help the odds?

Welcome! I suggest you start taking an OTC prenatal vitamin. That was really all my dr. suggested when I told him our plans. Good luck!

I agree with this. I plan on starting this fall and my dr said he will get me started on prenatal vitamins (though, I will probably just take the OTC ones if they are the same!) But you should definitely look into getting started on those!

I'm taking CVS brand prenatals bc i had the pharmacist compare them to the perscription ones and she said they were basically identical xcept for the folic acid...so i ALSO got folic acid supplements. also, i'm taking (mercury free) omega3s with 200mg DHA.
