DH taking vit's?
Does anyone know if it would be bad for DH to take a multi vit w/ creatin in it? I told him to buy multi vit to start taking so we are both ready to make a baby. He bought some with creatin in them men's sports one a day or something? Does creatin lower fertiity?

I would stay away from the Creatin. I haven't heard the best things about it's effects. On the other hand, there are many multi-vitamins out there that are designed for men. He is better off working out, eating healthy, and taking the multi.

im not sure about the creatin but it is good that he takes a multi vitamin, some vitamins assist with different sperm functions.

Thanks. He is super healthy to begin with, so it will just compensate for any missing. That is what I thought about the creatin.
