BD question..

I know a lot of you say you BD every other day during the time you're O'ing.. but I was wondering- is it bad to BD every day for the whole week or 2 that you could be fertile? does it affect the quality or quantity of the swimmers? I am afraid of missing the boat, but also do not want to do anything to hinder it. thanks in advance for your help! Chat Icon

Re: BD question..

My GYN was telling me to BD every other day and when I asked why not every day, she said you totally can, but alot of couples don't like to do it that often....but it's perfectly fine.

Re: BD question..

My fear would be if somehow all calculations are off a day and I miss the actual O day. So I would BD each day.

Also, so long as your DH has good swimmers, NOT Bding can actually do more harm because the little guys sit there and apparently get weaker. So you should keep him busy IMO.Chat Icon

Re: BD question..

We used the every other day method because I've heard the swimmers need time to replenish.
