twice a day. i take two showers a day one when i get up and one when i got to sleep. i have curly hair and use hair products.

Same here. It's gets too greasy.
Mine too. My hair gets too oily overnight to not wash it every morning. Sometimes I wash it a second time if I work out after work and am going out that night.

Everyday in the summer and every other day in the winter. I have really short hair and it tends to feel greasier in the summer.

i always wait for your answer though so i dont sound gross 
but honestly, this all started when my hair lady told me to STOP using conditioner on my curly hair - what a difference! I use a volumizing shampoo and no conditioner and i can leave it straight for almost a whole week!

Really??? I will have to try this!
To answer the op's q, usually every other day, depending on life. If I blow it out, it will last 3 days. Curly, I will wash it and then the next day, just rinse it.

I wash it everyday because it gets gross from working out. On a day where I do not work out (which is usually once a week), I try not to wash it.

every day
in the summer, sometimes twice a day... like yesterday i showered in the morning, then ended up laying out and putting sunblock on (and i always put some on my part so it doesn't burn) so then i showered again that night.

Every 3 - 4 days. I have curly hair so I don't need to wash it that often. I'll rinse it through though after I work out some days.

Depends.....
If I go to the gym, I will wash my hair as soon as I get home......
If my hair is blown out/flat ironed... I will usually let it go 3 days till I wash it because it actually stays pretty awesome looking for that time (I intentionally don't go to the gym when my hair is like this .... excuses... excuses...)

If I blow out my hair, I try to get 2 days out of it. If I leave it curly and natural, I wash everyday.
So all in all, I probably wash my hair 4-5 days out of 7 days.

I used to wash it everyday. Now every other day & I see a HUGE difference in my hair. It seems more healthier & thicker.
