AF CD1-CD5 (EARLY morning AF left) BD CD5 Spotting & Cramping CD6 Terrible nausea today CD7. I have a feeling it may just be my body adjusting to not having the nuvaring in - because it would be way too early to be PG with ONLY being CD7. KWIM? Have you experienced this coming off birth control? I tried to have crackers to help with the nausea but NOTHING is helping...
