BBB return policy rave
My Summer monitor has been giving me a hard time - staticky screen lately. I still had the box so I brought it back today. No questions asked, I got the $200 store credit - then I got a new one using my 20% coupon - so I saved $40 on something that was a shower gift a year and a half ago!
Needless to say, they got their $$ when I went on to spend another $200, but I was thrilled to get a new functioning monitor, esp. with #2 on the way.

WOW! I wish I still had my box! Mine's been giving me trouble and #2 is on the way! That is awesome that they took it back!
