Macys & BBB return policy's
for items on your wedding registry??
I have some items from Macy's that need to be exchanged (damaged) what is their policy? My wedding was Oct. 2007
BBB- I have returns to make, received a few items 2x again received awhile ago but my wedding anniversary hasn't passed yet (I don't even know if they base it on this though)

You have up to 2 years after your wedding to return items to BBB for store credit or cash (as long as they are on your registry). You get the price that the goods are valued at the time of the return.

At BBB your registry stay's online for 2 years after your wedding. You make exchanges or returns off your registry until then.
I think Macy's stays on for a year. They will probably give you an exchange or store credit.
