We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... BUT we converted 1 bedroom to a work out room and the other to an office/library.

I posted on the previous page that a 3/4 bath has a shower stall, and not a tub. A "full" bath has a tub. A 1/2 bath has no shower or tub, just sink and toilet.

A sink, toilet and tub = full bath. Anything above and beyond that is still a full bath (fireplace, bidet, separate shower, couch, etc... and yes, I've seen pics of bathrooms with fireplaces and couches....)

No, it's not like regular math. If a house has 1 full bath, and 4 half-baths, it doesn't count as 3 baths, it's 1 full and 4 half-baths. You need to separate them out when describing them.

We use two of the bedrooms for other things. Office and guest room.
Those are the two down. There is a huge bathroom downstairs and a smaller one upstairs that is part of the master suite.
One day we will upgrade the baths. They need it.
