CBEFM opinions?

so when you get your egg on the CBEFM do you think there is a chance you are actually NOT ovulating?
I'm just curious since I am not good at the other ways to check for the O, the only thing i use is the CBEFM.
Should i be listening to this little machine telling me that i am getting my surge??? How accurate is it??

Re: CBEFM opinions?

How long have you been using it? It may take a few months for the monitor to "understand" your cycles. Otherwise, it's pretty accurate. UNLESS you have some medical condition that could affect it. I "think" PCOS could lead to false readings.

Re: CBEFM opinions?

i would say its pretty accurate. Its detecting your hormone surges leading up to your egg being released.

however if you have a blockage of some sort that would prevent an egg from making it down the tubes..you wouldn't know that neither the CBEFM would know that.

so barring any problem like that, i would say the CBEFM is very accurate.

Re: CBEFM opinions?

I was sure I was not o'ing and that it was wrong because I was not on the Met yet. But it was right I was wrong and am pregnant with #2. I used it for #1 as well. #1 took 5 months using it but we didn't try for the first 2 months I used it. . #2 was the second month using it.
