BTDT moms: question about before you went into labor
The day before or the day of - did you feel the baby moving a lot or did you notice a decrease in movement before you went into labor?
What about once you started labor (like after you lost your mucous plug or after your water broke? A lot of movement? the same? or less?

I will preface this by saying I didn't know I was in labor but here is how I felt.
I hardly felt DD move at all. She was a kicker and spinner and the day before I had her, I felt next to nothing.
But I was at my baby shower and wasn't really paying attention to it, if that makes sense.
I don't remember if my water broke, but I never saw my mucus plug.

DD never stopped moving, although the day before she dropped and rested right on my sciatic nerve so I could barely move.
Even when I was in labor she was all over the place and they couldn't monitor her well.

movement really wasn't that different, I just had horrible back pain and could not get comfortable any way I tried
my water never fully broke, I had little tiny trickles

My water broke and about 15 min. after that my contractions kicked in so I didn't really notice her movement anymore.........I was too concentrated on the painful contractions.

nothing was different with me. her head never dropped. The night my water broke, i was really surprised b/c I didnt feel any diff, and I guess I expected to feel something; some way of knowing what was going to happen.
To answer your question directly, I felt her moving constantly right up until my c section

my DS was moving a lot in labor!!! and it felt like he was doing sommersalts right before he came out!!!! but everyone is different!!
