Anyone get their glider from Target??
I saw they have Dutalier gliders and Baby Bargains said they are good quality but just not as fancy as the expensive ones.
Anyone?

I would up getting my glider at Behrs. It is a Dutalier glider though. You can get Dutalier gliders at a bunch of different stores (BRU, Target, BBB, etc...) for a bunch of different prices. I would go and sit in a bunch of them and see which one you like best.

We have started looking at cribs and gliders just to gage and the prices are insane from what we have seen.
Was yours decently priced??

To be honest no. Ours was on the pricey side but we also wanted one with a higher back because we are both tall so we splurged on the glider. My parents helped us out with the furniture which made is easier to handle. Definitely shop around though because some people have gotten great deals.

We got ours from Walmart and I think it is really comfy, and was VERY reasonably priced. I wasn't sure if I wanted one, so I didn't want to spend a lot.

We got ours from Target 2 years ago... I'm not sure which one your getting but the one I have was pretty poor quality. It was Basset brand.

I registered for one at BBB and it was $299 for the glider and $149 for the ottoman i think.
i think its a special buy..im not sure. i sat in it and was very comfy. they have pricier models..but for the price i thought it was a great chair.

whatever you do, make sure you go and test out the chairs. a lot of chairs out there are VERY uncomfortable and you'll waste your money if you didn't try it out first. we got a shermag one from BRU which was originally $299 but with a coupon i think it came out to under $240 or something. i worked at BRU in the furniture department so i would sit in the chairs when there was nothing to do and i loved the shermags. in reality, i would've killed for a dutalier, but the ones they have are all around $400 and i just don't have that kinda money to waste on a glider. but i can guarantee you will loooove dutalier and i'd try out shermag too!

e got ours from target.com almost 3 yrs ago but its still in great shape - we love it and have since day 1 - Im happy with the quality etc and the price was definately right.

I ordered ours from Target about 2 years ago before DS was born. Never tried it out first... just went for it.
I have LOVED it ever since we put it together. Find it very comfortable and am very happy with the quality. Not sure exactly which one it is, though. Tried to find it online and I can't figure it out!

My DH said the same thing.. why do we need it, but I want it and I explained that its for me to feed the baby in a relaxing position.. LOL I am just hoping to find one that is not too expensive.
