Those getting or have the Bugaboo
I plan to get the Frog but what exactly is the difference between Frog and Cameleon besides the big price difference?

Re: Those getting or have the Bugaboo
I think the seat frame on the frog is slightly shorter, and the chamelon has an adjustable handle, and more fabric choices.

Re: Those getting or have the Bugaboo
the handlebar on the chameleon extends so my Dh who is 6'2" doesn't have to hunch over when pushing it...... by the way when we are out he ALWAYS wants to push the stroller
You can adjust the shocks on the chameleon for a smoother ride when baby is bigger
different color options
the seat in the chameleon is a bit larger and is suppose to accomodate a larger toddler.
We LOVE our Chameleon!!! Best money we ever spent

Re: Those getting or have the Bugaboo
The Cameleon has an adjustable handlebar, bigger seat (2 inches longer), ability to change fabrics (although the Cameleon tailored fabrics will fit on the Frog...a little loose but they fit), adjustable suspension and a bigger underseat basket.
Honestly I have had both...I like the way the Frog handles better than the Cameleon. I have a Frog chassis but my seat is a Cameleon (I swapped it out). I loooooooooooooooooooooooove my Bugaboo. At first I was thought the Bugaboo was overated but now everytime I use it I love it even more.

Re: Those getting or have the Bugaboo
I have the cameleon (have had for almost two years - DS is 20 months).
I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. The reasons I chose the cameleon over the frog:
The adjustable handlebars - I am not tall - 5'6 and DH is 5'11 but, I really use this feature alot - I walk alot and shop with the bugaboo alot and i find sometimes making the handlebars much higher is so much more comfortable - in fact, I am often adjusting them up and down.
The seat and bassinet are both longer in the Cameleon - I know many people have complained that their DC grew out of the frog too quickly - it is just a little bit of a difference but, it does make a difference. DS is 20 months and VERY tall for his age and still fits very comfortably in it with plenty of room to go.
Finally, if I remember correctly, the suspension is different too - the wheels handle and manuever better - but you can probably find this on their website.
Also, the look is different - you can mix and match the fabrics on the cameleon.
I figured if we were already spending so much $$$ on a stroller that we would use all the time - it was worth it to spend a little more for all the extras. I use this stroller ALL the time though and it is the only stroller I ever use even though i have another lighter weight one.
HTH!!!!
ETA: I struggled with this choice too (frog or cameleon) so i looked into it alot!

I agree with this. I was too scared about DD outgrowing it quickly but she's 18 months and tall for her age and she still has alot of room to grow. Heck the other day we were out with my very big (95% percentile nephew) and DD was tired of being in the stroller...my nephew was tired of walking so I put him in the bug took the canopy off and he was fine...it was still pushing smooth llike butter too

This sounds like the one for us - my DH is 6'7" and I had visions of him pushing the stroller while walking on his knees.
