Formula Question (Soy)

DD (7 weeks) has been having a hard time with formula. We tried both Similac Advance and Similac Sensitive, both of which made her very fussy and either gassy or constipated. We just switched to the soy version of similac, and for the past three days, DD has FINALLY been napping during the day. She did NOT nap really before this week because she spent too much time fussing around, trying to get comfortable. Could this formula really work that quickly? Or is this just a coincidence? She's been on it since Monday.

I don't know the answer to your question, but just wanted to tell you, if you do keep her on soy, I have a few sample cans I would love to give away if you might want them Chat Icon

Re: Formula Question (Soy)

We went through the same thing with DS, I had to supplement early on because of low supply and he had a rough time with the milk based formulas, when we switched to Isomil everything was fine.

Now I am able to BF all of the time and if I have dairy he has issues (gas, constipation, very dry skin etc.) Apparenlty dairy allergies are fairly common.
