Slate blue?? Looking for a blue color
Hi Ladies.
I'm looking to find a nice color blue for my bedroom. The color I have in mind is what I think is called a "slate blue"? I'm not sure. It's not a dark blue, a little lighter and almost purplish or grey. Does anyone have any good suggestions with pics? I would really appreciate it.

Re: Slate blue?? Looking for a blue color
I was going for a sliate blue - and chose this BM color - it wound up being bluer than anticipated but I love it....
If you are interested I'll get the name of it for you.... I am drawing a blank and can't remember it off the top of my head ...

I can't see it, did you post a pic? So far, I found "Polo Blue" by Benjamin Moore but i'm not sure if this is too deep of a color and wondering if it looks true to the sample pic....

Re: Slate blue?? Looking for a blue color
Our living room is Polaris blue
This was when they were working on our LR/DR
It looks a bit lighter than it is (it could have been after the 1st coat)

Re: Slate blue?? Looking for a blue color
I did our living room in BM Mozart Blue...
It's not navy but I think you may consider it "dark" blue. I kind of think it's on the "slatey" edge. It's a nice kind of nantuckety blue.
Hey... did you ever get that short sale house? Is this what this is for?

Re: Slate blue?? Looking for a blue color
We used BM smoke in our office. Similar to nantucket fog and "slatey" is exactly how I would describe it. Some lights its more blue and sometimes more steely blue.
