we have a similar combo and the walls are white- its a very tiny kitchen and it makes it look much larger with the white walls
but you could do a soft blue, green, gray to coordinate also

I think a nice light blue/gray would look great. It would pull the whole room together.
OR
you could do something like this, with a pop of color, but keep everything else white. the white for your cabinets, the gray in the SS appliances for your counter top & the apple green for the pop of color. Of course you can go a lot lighter in the green and it would still look really nice and fresh.
OR
And of course don't forget "CaMacho" kitchen.
She has gray paint on her walls. Sorry but I forget the name.

We have a similar combo and we painted our walls Leisure Blue by Sherwin Williams. I don't have a pic right now unfortunately but, it's a gray/blue color.

That is what we have - well our countertops are not Formica but a grey I forget the type! Anyway, out walls are a lightish grey. It works well.

We just did BM Louisberg Green in our kitchen and I am in love  Im not crazy about the way it looks with our countertops but we are replacing those within the next year. PLEASE excuse the huge mess lol.. that was as the painters were painting the livingroom. Image Attachment(s):
