TTC help from a dr?
I'm curious, when you get to the point of getting help from your dr what is the first step? I've already had an HSG, diabeties test, regular blood work, DH , had an SA, everything seems to be fine. Dr said to come back in June and we will start to discuss our options as far as medications etc. I'd really like to avoid meds but will try if needed. I hear you guys talk about IUI's, when does it get to that point? I want to be informed for my next drs appt!

It sounds like you've got those first steps pretty much covered.
Usually CD 3 bloodwork, SA, HSG... those are first.
Then after that you start to discus treatments.
You can start with unmedicated IUIs (which won't increase your chances by much) - but it's no meds. You can try Clomid or one of the similar alternatives - with or without IUI.
Those are usually the first treatments that are tried...
