So we were at DH's parents house for dinner and his aunt was there...she pulls me over to the side and tells me she had a dream about me the other night... in the dream i was pregnant and i told her that she couldn't tell anyone since it was so early... thing is she doesn't know i was pregnant we hadn't told extended family and then i lost the baby... now she keeps looking at me and going, i know it your going to be pregnant really soon. just really freaked me out...do you think the dream could mean i'm going to get pregnant soon or maybe it was because i already was. i know dreams don't mean much but this really got to me.

There's no way to know for sure. My friend had a dream I was pregnant months ago, and I'm still not. But your aunt was right once already, so you never know.
