high white blood cell count
has anyone had a high WBC during their pregnancy? it's been tested 3 times, and all 3 times it's been high, so now i have to go for a hematology consult at Winthrop. for the 2nd of the 3 tests, i was actually sick, but the other 2 i felt fine, and still feel fine. anyone else experience this?

i had the same exact experience 2 weeks ago.
the hematologist tested me and while it was still high, it was "normal" high for pregnancy. Every woman is different - even down to the WBCs! I had further testing done w/ the hematologist and have to call tomorrow for results, but he said he's 90% positive everything is fine.

its normal to be high while pregnant, I was sent to a hemotologist for DD#1 and he laughed at my primary said he should know better!

thanks!! i know it's probably nothing to really worry about, my OB even said it was most likely pregnancy related, i just can't help but worry.
