Instead cups?

I just read on FertilityFriend.com that some women are using the Instead Cup (along with pre-seed) to aid in conception. They put it in after bding.

Has anyone heard of this?

never heard of it for TTC -- i used it one time for my period when they first came out years ago.

i seriously don't know how people use them. i was walking around scared to death i was gonna spring a leak -- and removing it was horrible...felt like i was digging to china if ya know what i mean.

I heard about them on FF also - and I did try them for a few months.

Obviously they didn't work for me, but who knows if that's because of my own issues or whatever, KWIM?

Once you get the hang of them they are really easy to use. I would just lube it up with Pre (inside and outside) and keep them in the nightstand. I put one in right after we BD'd and then you can really just go about your business instead of having to lay down after. I even kept them in overnight sometimes - and never got a UTI or anything like that.

To pull them out, I can give you some tips in FM if you want! It was super easy after the first time.
