BD'ing Schedule

I keep hearing so many conflicting rules about how often to BD. Some people believe in every other day, while others are into BD'ing everyday (around O time). My doctor recommended every other day, but my girlfriend's said every day during O time. What do you girls think?

we are bd'ing every day b/c i'm confused with the lighter line and no line, etc. the computer calculations say i'm fertile this week so I will just do every day this week and then every other day for a couple of days until AF shows up.

It's really whatever you and your doctor decide is appropriate. Some doctors say every day around O, some day every other.

I always liked to BD the night of the +OPK and the next three nights - and honsetly never made a set plan for the other times before my +OPK. I felt like doing it every other day up until that point became tedious and not really fun at all!

some say as much as possible, b/c after all, that increases your chances of getting the timing right.

However, others recommend every other day b/c it allows the sperm to re-generate, so you have higher quality sperm.

It depends on the couple.
