thursday chat anyone?
the boards are so slow today!! i am home sick AGAN! DFor the second time this month I got a relapse , its so frustrating!! So, I have been on the computer all day; just had a ww meal... boring life here. everyone else?

I am being lazy today. I should have run errands but it was cold and rainy out so that was My excuse to stay indoors.
It is super slow on the boards today. I was wondering if it was warm in NY?

same as last time like almost pneumonia. was throeing up, had a fever, now just really bad upper respiratory infection . oh well. at least ill lose some weight easily .

hey katie!!! it was gorgeous out today. i went out fast to satisfy my starbucks fix. it was about 40, but sunny and really nice...

yeah trying to drink lots of tea and water. af cramps are coming on. shes due tomorrow or sat.

Have you tried those Vicks shower things? My brother swears by them.

You throw them in the bottom of your shower and the hot water melts them and it becomes basically like a vaporizer-the steam has all the vicks good stuff in it!

They are called Vicks shower soothers. You throw them in the shower while you are bathing and they send menthol vapors into their air clearing your congestion. I have not tried them, but i am HUGE Vicks vapor rub fan so i bet these are great.
It is worth a try. It will help clear your lungs.

that sounds great! i use vicks all the time on my chest and nose and it usually works wonders but this time its not doing anything. im soooo stuffed and cant breathe!!! ugh!!! i have to try them

Did you go back to the doctors-you might need a strong antibiotic-like Levaquin

yeah i was on augmentin last time, that did nothing. then i got better on my own and it came back and now they gave me the z pack and told me to take mucinex  and claritin

I am an avid swimmer! I love it. I can swim forever. I have not swam since my accident, but I can't wait to get back into it. It really is the best exercise.
Everything is starting to bloom here but it is so cold today. I thought the south was suppose to be warm.

Oh I also read once that if you put vicks vapor rub on you feet then put socks on it clears your chest. I know it sounds strange but my father did it and he said it worked.

When did you have an accident? I am so sorry. What is affected by your accident? I had a car accident and got another herniated disc.
