Anyone else have a MAJOR drama queen at home??

Well, I do!! Chat Icon

It is amazing. My quiet, laid back little girl is GONE, and this fussy, irritable little girl has arrived!!!

The SECOND she doesn't get what she wants, she cries, screams, and so forth. If her brother touches her, she cries. If she isn't picked up and carried all the time, she cries. The littlest thing will make her cry... DRAMA QUEEN at its finest! Chat Icon

She is only 18 months and I really hope this stops soon, although I have a feeling I am in for it with her for many years to come!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Raising hand SUPER HIGH!!! DD is only going to be 15 months next week and she is an unbelieveable drama queen. If she does not get her way she stands there and screams, stamps her foot and cries until she does get her way. If she wants something and we are taking too long to get to it, she will actually stand there and fold her arms waiting for it to be done. I can not believe the little attitude she has already and I know it is only going to get worse.Chat Icon

YES!!!! It seems to have come out of nowhere too Chat Icon

Last night I actually started wondering if DD is adding something new to the mix each day as part of the parenting challenge (as DH and I now refer to her drama outbursts) Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Same here! When he does that, we ignore him and don't react. He stops pretty quickly and the incidents have become less frequent.

Lately I do, she's all about yelling if she doesn't get her way & stamping her feet.

Nope. Just a drama king. I think I'd rather have a drama queen though. Stomping feet & huffing around strikes me as cute when Maddie does it.
