My mom goes with a friend of hers and her granddaughter, she said it is wonderful for little girls.

I've been to the one on the upper east side for a baby shower and it was really cute. I can't really say what it would be like for children since I was there with all adults.

Re: Alice's Tea Cup in NYC
Just went there for brunch with a girlfriend last weekend. We absolutely loved it! Both had Scones Benedict and it was delicious. The tea menue is a book. And the atmosphere was nice too.
She told me it's a lot like Serendipity- which I've never been to. So if you know that place, it's a lot like that.
Oh, we went to the one on the upper east side.
I DEFINITELY want to go back there. I seriously could not stop thinking about those scones all week

Re: Alice's Tea Cup in NYC
I took my kids a couple months ago and they LOVED it! My 4 yr old loves tea parties so it was perfect for her... and the food was really good!

Thanks ladies.
Kara, I'm going to take Emma over winter break (next week), since we are staying in the city courtesy of my $1 booking I'll let you know which day we plan on going if you can make it!
