Can someone please tell me why people are SO stupid??!!
Seriously..........people are such morons!! If one more person asks me how old Emerson is when I'm out and then follows up with this stupid remark, "Oh, she's a big girl" I am liable to beat the cr@p out of someone!!! She's the furtherest thing from big for her age. She's been averaging between the 50-60th percentile in weight and height. She's perfect thank you very much!! I swear, that comment ranks up there with "Oh you look like you're ready to pop!!" when you're pregnant. Next time someone comments I'm going to have to say, "WOW! And you're a big woman".

Oh yeah, my guy is HUGE! but I am usually the first one to say it because the kid DOES have two chins and thunder thighs I love it, more baby to kiss and squeeze 
But yeah, people are dumb.

Some people just have no clue or think they are being nice.
On Halloween a woman from the neighborhood stopped by with her DS (somewhere around 6 months old). I chat with her when we see eachother on walk, etc. Nice woman. Anyway, the kid is a big boy. I would never say anything, but he is. My MIL answers the door on Halloween and says, "Oh I just LOVE fat babies!". I don't know who was more horrified....the kid's mom or me.

I used to get it all the time with my DS and hear it all the time now with DD. Doesn't bother me, because they were big for there age. They weren't obese, just looked older than actual age, KWIM. Do you get that alot from people or was this lady the first?

That drives me nuts too!! I hate when they say he......I'm looking at them like they are insane..........how many boys do you see in pink??? Do people actually look before opening their little pie holes???

I know - this pisses me off too. My DD is in the 75th for both height and weight, but the way they talk it's like take your baby to weight watchers or something! I asked my pediatrician, he told me not to worry so I too chalked it up to people are idiots and try to not care about what they say. Tact is apparently dead.
ETA: I had shown a photo of my DD to someone once and they asked how old "he" was. The person said it was b/c the shirt was blue - YES idiot - blue shirt with a HUGE FLOWER on it  . Don't know too many boys with FLOWERS on their shirts! Oh and do I dare also mention, she had her ears pierced already so her earrings were showing too.

My DD too...at 2.5 mths, my DD looks much older due to her size. A family member actually called her a "Fatso" the other day.  I am embarassed to even admit WHO it was but I was furious.
People are so ignorant.

LOL, even the doctors comment on Kameron, she is long and skinny but a good weight.. I get so annoyed. Someone told me when she was a newborn she looked like she was 3 months!!!!!! People are so rude.
