i work in the nursing home and this is my favorite topic!! 
My favorite cocktail as i like to call it is 200mg colace and 2 sena tablets. usually works great. if no BM in 48 hours they get 30mls of MOM... the MOM usually works within a few hours and its usually diarrhea. (just a warning) still no results suppository... 
miralax grosses me out i would stick with the MOM if the colace isnt working.

see, that's the MOM effect i'm talking about (well, not the diarrhea, but the effects within a few hours!). the pills did NOT do the same trick... but i didn't want to drink the MOM 
i'm being a baby. i just need to suck it up and drink the stuff.

with all due respect.. drink it.. chase with some cranberry juice (it seems to have a strong flavor and takes over the mom ) i hope you have more success... and i never knew they even had the mom pills!
