Oh wow, they are interviewing some passengers right now. One is talking about how he helped the women and children first. He doesn't think there are any casualties 
I saw this too - do they really need to interview them right now? These people have been through a trauma - cant they leave them alone for alittle bit??

YAYYYY to the pilot and crew. When I first heard at work I was just horrified, but seeing the pics online of the rescue and people on the wings ... AMAZING!!! A completely intact commercial airplane after a crash/emergency landing with NO engines in a river?!?!?! AMAZING. Thank God they are all safe!!!!!!!!! I have chills!

Is anyone watching the news - can you tell me what they're doing with it now?
I'm on Canal st and watching the entire thing go floating down the river.
Are they towing it, or is it floating on its own?
Its moving really fast!

This is right by my husband's work.
I am PETRIFIED to fly!!!
It's my BIGGEST fear.
I haven't flown since the week before 9/11.
And I honest-to-God don't plan to ever again.
Thank God that pilot was as amazing as he was.
Thank God this wasn't another tragedy.

It is floating on its own. The current is really strong.
