Listing Agents responsibilites? and question for buyers
What are listing agents responsibilites, exactly? Mine said that she is basically the 'promotional agent' She works on advertising the homes and gets other realtors in.
how many of you found your homes in/on newsday? i don't think my house was ever advertised there...

i only ever checked online resources, primarily mlsli. i got the updated listings from realtortrak (is that the right name?) sent to me from my buyer agent.
