How early for your first OB appt?
6 weeks or 8 weeks? I dont remember when i went with DS.

I think 8 weeks is most common, but I went in for the first time around 6 weeks.

My doctor likes to see everyone at 8 weeks for the first appoinment, but we went in at 5 weeks for the first time.

My dr. saw me at 5 weeks for the basics and then at 7 for the real OB appt.

Well with both my old OB's office and this office they said 8 weeks for a normal (no prior history of MC etc) pregnancy and 5 weeks if there were previous complications.

i went at 6 weeks had my first sono, saw the sac and now im going in on monday for my 8 weeks to hear the hearbeat ;0)
some doctors dont want to see you until 8 weeks though

I just did a search on here to back when I pregnant with DS and I had the same. I met with the NP at the 6 week visit to get the script for bloodwork and she did an internal sonogram and we actually did hear the heartbeat. I went back at 8 weeks for another sonogram and met with the OBGYN.
