To be honest, I don't know the entire situation. There have been a few occasions where the three kids were playing in the yard alone (i was told the dad was in their apt) and they came up to see if i would come down and hang out with them. i live in a second floor apartment so we are not living in the same house technically. the 9 year old always assures me a parent is home and i assume that is true but I don't go inside and make sure - they are playing outside in the yard which seems safe enough since its fenced in. Sorry if this is confusing.
