Your week of Level II sonogram
When did you have your level II sonogram. My OB said between 18-20 weeks. Is there an advantage to waiting 20 weeks? Or is 18 weeks ok?

i just had mine at 19 weeks.. if something looks immature at 18 weeks they will have you return at 20

my dr didnt give me a choice,said it was 20 weeks--the later in the range- the more they should see

We went at 19 weeks. It's just the way the dr scheduled it.

I had mine at 19 wks but it was because I was traveling later that week and she wanted to make sure I'd be okay to fly since I had complications with my last pregnancy. My OB said 20 wks is the standard because there is less chance of error.

I originally was scheduled for 20 weeks, but due to my AFP/Quad Triple Screen results my Dr. moved it up to 18 weeks. I did however, have to go back at 20 weeks because at 18 weeks, they couldn't see what they needed to see with the baby's heart.

I have 2 - an anatomy one at 18 weeks and a heart scan at 22 weeks - that is just the way my OB does them.

I had mine at 19 weeks. I had to go back at 20 because he was stubborn & they couldn't get enough clear pics of his heart.
