Just back from the Doctors...
And I have been the SAME weight for 3 visists!!!!!!! WOOO freaking HOO.
So how do I reward myself? I stopped at Bruggers, (the closest thing to a NY bagel here in NC) and got a dozen. Im going to have a second Onion bagel with butter. 
Oh and Baby Z, his head is down, his HB is "Fantastic" and Im as good as I can be. Great BP. Im thrilled. Next visit 2 weeks for the dreaded internal  .

We had Brueggers up at school... a far cry from a NY bagel, but you gotta take when you can get!!
