What's everyone doing tonight?
We got invited to a Xmas party at friends' house in Garden City. I think we are gonna bail though. DH is still not home from work and I didn't sleep at all last night----not really in the mood to go socialize.
DH did call and say he has the tree so maybe we will put that up and order some take-out!

We were out all day, so were just relaxing at home tonight, eating DH's "early" birthday cake I bought him!

we went to the Malverne town lighting
and then back at my friends for dinner. It was nice. a bunch of us went and the kids got to see Santa!!

I had no such plans, but ended up scrubbing down the kitchen cabinets and countertops. They're spotless and everything else is a mess!

I've been straightening up the apt that we just moved into last week all day! I'm exhausted!!
Gonna make an apple crisp now (major craving- I just ran out and got all the needed ingredients) and then go to sleep!
