3rd Tri Ladies-- only hungry in the AM?
I find I am only really hungry for breakfast these days... when I have lunch, I have learned I need to make the meals smaller-- otherwise I feel like I ate WAY too much...
Is it so bad to skip dinner? Maybe I could nosh on something, but the thought of an entire meal right now is

ive been skipping dinner or lunch for a while now, I can't eat a lot , never could, as long as you're not hungry you're fine, I think you're body will tell you if you need food or not...

I always have a bowl of cereal in the morning because I wake up starving!
I am never really starving throughout the day...if I get hungry again after dinner I have another bowl of cereal! :)

I noticed this morning I was quite ravenous, but then again, I was hungry all day. My GD diet tells me to eat every 2-3 hours, so I guess my body is getting used to that. I have a small snack as I get ready for work (1 slice of toast w/ cheese or PB), and then I have a slightly larger breakfast once I'm at work. It usually holds me til lunch.

i am also hungry in the am. I have to eat something now right after i take my vitamin around 730am. then i dont eat again until 10.
night time i seem to fill up a lot faster.

This is so me lately. I'm famished in the morning. Lunch too but I tend to get full so fast that I don't eat as much. By the time dinner comes around all I really want is a bowl of cereal.

i literally find that i eat TWO breakfasts..im up early with my dh and ds so i eat something like a rice cake with them...then like by 10 im starvng again so i eat cereal or something then too..im much better with lil meals like this..i hardly ever eat lunch, but if i dont i make sure i eat dinner..and if i eat a big lunch i just pick at dinner anyway..ive gained a perfect amt for me this pregnancy, so its workin out..
i think when you or the baby is hungry he/she will let you know!!
