update again 11/26....so sad
my spotting has now changed from brown to bright red i guess my appointment tonight is going to confirm the inevitable 
well the doc did a sono and still cant see much besides possible the start of a sac he also threw out the word eptopic but doesnt think it is but just wants me to lookout for a racing heartbeat or sever pain... i said since there isnt much to see will the body just absorb it and he got mad and told me not to think that way and it can still be a pregnancy but in my heart i know its not i just pray its not eptopic ...now i have something else to worry about .. he took my blood and will give me the numbers tomorrow afternoon thank you all for  and 
well just got the call about the beta they said it just shows early pg didnt tell me what they were and i just have to wait till tuesday to find out anything else .. i didnt bleed at all overnight or this morning but it did start again a little while ago so i just have to wait and see

eta: like AP, last pregnancy I had red blood dripping out into toilet and now I have a 14m old dd running around..

thank you but i guess it makes it worse because i already had a mc in June and this feels like the same thing all over again
