I have some questions re: Deanna's Plan

I was reading about it on the internet. If we were to try this, can it work with the CBEFM? I ask because it says not to test with the OPK in the morning but with the CBEFM, it says to test with the first urine of the day.
So, I normally get Peak readings on CD10 and 11. So we would BD 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14?

Does Deanna's plan really work?

We were thinking of BD every other day this month starting at CD8. Which is really better?

With the CBEFM, I like to use this plan:

BD as normal during your low days.

BD every other day during your high days.

BD on both peak days and the following high day (3 days in a row).
