I don't think it sunk in for me until my Level II ultrasound at 20 weeks. Now I'm like...holy crap..i'm going to be a mom.

I'm due in 23 days and it literally STILL hasn't hit me yet.
I feel her moving around in there, and we have the nursery almost all set up...but I don't think it will be real until they hand her to me in the operating room!

It sinks in that you're pregnant right before you give birth when you're so uncomfortable that you can't stand to be pregnant a minute longer. I could forget I was pregnant (so long as I didn't look down at my enormous belly) until my third trimester.
Don't ask me when it will sink in that you're a mom. I'm 10 months into this and I still can't believe it.
