Anyone else EXHAUSTED in the beginning og pregnancy?
Please, tell me this is normal! I have 5w6d today. And my fatigue keeps getting worse!

Totally normal! I was exhausted my whole first trimester. Now I'm in my 2nd and its much better.

OMG, I was so exhausted in the 1st tri, got energy in the 2nd, but now as I'm in my 3rd, its back. Its actual more physical exhaustion now though.

Totally Normal! Im in my 8th week and still exhausted!
I try so hard to nap while DS and the baby I sit for are napping (which is now).
by 5PM, Im done!

My exhaustion started beggining my 6th week. I am 9 weeks 5 days, I find it so difficult to go through the day. I'm also having terrible morning sickness so that does not help my energy levels and have lost almost 10 lbs

I am 6w and today I don't think I can make it through the rest of the afternoon without a nap! too bad there is no place for me to sleep here!

yes! I was tired ALL DAY long. i took naps during the day at work i just couldnt stay awake. it got better during the second trimester, i have a lot more energy now but i still cant stay awake past 9:30pm.
I hear the third trimester is worse than the first as far as fatigue!

I was but at 11 weeks it is much much better. Don't get me wrong, I still have my moments but, it isn't constant like in the begining! Feel better. It will pass.

that was my biggest and worst symptom, I was soooo exhausted I would cry it would debilitating, I hated it!!!!! It does get better I promise!!!!!

I guess I am 4.5 weeks right now and I am beyond exhausted. I had to take a nap the other day at 5pm.
I'm hoping it's a good sign. I wasn't this tired for my last pregnancy.

Exhaustion was one of my first (and few) symptoms.....I I have been going to bed by 8:30 pretty much every night which is very unlike me.

I am also unbearably exhausted all the time. When I walk into work in the morning, I can't even imagine how I am going to get through the day with how tired I feel. You are totally not alone.

Yes. That is exactly how I feel. I work 10hr days, and I commute into the city (LIRR and 2 subways, then have to walk 3 blocks) and I don't know how I am gonna get thru the day.
Glad to hear I am not alone. The only thing is I take it as its a "good" tired bc it is for a good reason!

Yes, I am so tired, but I think it is also exacerbated by the fact that I cut out caffeine. I'm hoping after my first appointment my doc tells me she is comfortable with me having a half caff coffee every day because a tea in the morning isn't cutting it. I totally agree with pp though, I often wonder how I will make it through the day. As a teacher, I hate the fact that it causes me to feel cranky around the kids.  I'm trying to keep up a happy face though. They have no idea of course!
