Just DH. I am having a scheduled c/s and they only allow one support person - but this is how I would want it anyway! My mom and dad will be right outside.

just dh. i don't mind close family coming in while in labor (i say that now, but it could change  ), but during the actualy delivery i just want it to be me and him (and our entourage of medical personnel).

My hospital only allowed SO or DH in the room, so I'd check with your hospital.
But I wouldn't want my mom there anyway, I don't feel it is appropriate. My mom was there during the early stages of my labor, but was kicked out once I was in active labor.

My mom and my DH. My mom is an L&D nurse though. I need her there. I am such a baby without her and DH really gets on my nerves when i am in pain or sick

For me, DH wants it to just be me and him... no moms.. but i know i am going to want my mom... i want her when i have a cold!! Im gonna keep her on reserve and see what happens.. both moms will be there i am sure... awaiting news of the delivery... but i dont know if i could deal with both moms in the delivery room...

just Dh. I don't even want him to call anyone until  is born. I feel like it will be too much anxiety for me if the whole family was outside waiting. They are all close enough to the hospital that they could get there in 10 minutes flat.

Good question. I kinda felt an obligation to have my mom there, but seeing that it is not unusual for just me and DH, it will probably be me and DH.

With my DS I had my DH and my mom. I knew that I had to have my mom there. I don't know what we're doing this time.

All of the intimacy of creating a life was taken away from us as we went through so many invasive means to get pregnant. So, while there will be nurses and Drs. present at  birth, we want it to be a private experience just between us.
