I think first I would try to turn it into a joke with the family members and say something like "hey there, it's not a buddha belly, rubbing my belly won't bring you luck but it could make me throw up on you"

That's too bad, don't be afriad to tell people how you feel, it's prefectly fine to not want to be touched all the time. People will only know the boundaries if you tell them.
Early in the PG my FIL started to reach for my belly and I took a step back and said "I'm not big on having my belly touched" He wasn't upset, just said OK and hasn't done it again.

It's perfectly fine to ask people not to touch you. -
Sorry, but IMO I think most would agree it's inappropriate to randomly rub my belly when I'm NOT pregnant, what would make you think it's ok to just go ahead and do it now ???
Too freakin' bad if they get offended or at you ..........There's no reason you should have to constantly be uncomfortable.
I HATE people touching me-

Re: How do you politely tell your DH...
i had to say something to my mother about this. i felt bad afterwards but i am not showing yet and she touched my belly and i got so ******. i blurted out "if there isnt anything showing you cant touch it" she got a little upset but at least she knows my feelings on this now. i had to tell someone else the same thing. the only person i like touching my belly right now is my dh. you do what you have to do to feel comfortable.

I would just tell your DH how you feel. I mean, think about it-- why should you have to be uncomfortable to appease other people. I don't like people touching me either-- luckily, I have not had to tell too many people to get their paws off of me.

Re: How do you politely tell your DH...
I was not polite about it. I plain out told them that if they like their appendages intact they will not invade my space that way.
I also walk around with an "eff you" look on my face, so maybe that helps
Honestly I'd let him know that it makes you uncomfortable to have everyone touching you like that.
