Does everything match that you registered for?
For example the pattern on your stroller, high chair, and car seat? Just curious because i seem to like different things for each. but dh wants to match everything.

No. My stroller is a bugaboo in dark grey. The car seat is a peg perego and it is black with the tan leather. The only thing I think that may match is the swing and the bouncy seat, but I liked them because they were pink and had butterflies. I don't think you have to match it all....I think you should get what you like the best

nope. My high chair and pack and play match but the infant seat and stroller etc are different.

We happen to like the Chicco pattern we got for the travel system so we ended up getting the high chair and PNP in the same pattern. But it wasn't done so they would match. Our swing is a different pattern (Graco Deco) b/c it was small and matches our living room better (not to mention it had good reviews).

same here, but more because the pattern I picked was neutral and ended up matching the inside of my house too.
so it was easier to just stay the same

No. I picked out things based on reviews, safety, ease of use, etc. It didn't matter to me if things matched.

Not at all. I have been picking things based on ratings. So for instance I did the chicco infant seat, but a different brand stroller, play yard, etc., which fabrics/colors/patterns don't match.
I do have to say though, other than the exersaucer, and other toy things, I am keeping the color combos pretty simple and neutral..nothing too loud.

At first I thought I would want matching stuff but in the end we got what we liked. So nothing matches. We figured all these things will be in different rooms and eventually they will grow out of some of them. Why not buy what you like.

in general, I am trying to register for things that are as muted as possible-- especially the big stuff. We'd like everything to blend into our apt as much as possible. Things that don't come in neutrals, we are trying to do things that would at least coordinate with the nursery.
