Re: Headaches

Usually you can take Tylenol - but I would call you doctor and be sure.

I had BAD BAD headaches when I was pregnant, and that was the only thing I was told I could take. I was afraid to though - my doctor told me I was nuts Chat Icon

Re: Headaches

I have been getting headaches constantly.

My doc said Tylenol was ok-- but he did stipulate REGULAR Tylenol. If I am going to take extra strength-- only take one, as opposed to two.

Also, dosage should not exceed more than once a day...

Drink water-- hydration should help (a little).

Re: Headaches

I had bad headaches during my 1st trimester and now they are back in my 3rd. I was too worried to take anything too.

I didn't try it but I was told peppermint oil on your temples is supposed to help.

Re: Headaches

First make sure you're hydrated, keep drinking lots of water every day. If headaches persist, Tylenol is ok. Some drs even suggest taking a Tylenol along with a little caffeine, like soda or coffee, but every dr is different so ask your dr what they want you to do.

Re: Headaches

Thanks ladies. I think youre right, i def need to drink more water. I sit on the couch w/ a large glass on the table at all times but if im not "thirsty" then i dont think of picking it up and drinking form it.
